Yesterday Karina Finn arrived in Japan after a long and eventful flight.
After an interesting trip to my dormitory (on which she nearly got run over, after only 2 hours of being in Tokyo) she then tipped half her dinner all over my floor. After this, we made our jolly way to Yokohama. We got off at Minatomirai and spotted a nice little peddle boat for 1000 yen for half an hour.
Of course we just had to do it. However my question of "I wonder what would happen if we just stopped peddling" was answered, when we floated downriver out of the boating area and nearly got crushed by the titanic.
Then we went to China Town and accidentally came accross a lion dance in which some cheeky sods in a lion suit were going into all the restaurants making a lot of noise.
Today I becamse the ripe old age of 22.
Won't be long before I'm at bingo.
I took Karina to Harajuku and of course to Meiji Jingu. It looks the same now as it did the other 11 times I went there. Good old Meiji Jingu. We then sat in Yoyogi Park and I managed to say things a little too loud.
What a marvellous day.
In the evening we met up with Cayley, Emily and Stefano for a nice celebratory Mexican birthday meal.
The END.
