We went to Harajuku this evening and happened to stumble upon some Vogue fashion auctiony thing in one of the shopping malls. We saw some guy from Tokyo Eye on NHK. To be honest I didnt have a clue who he was, but everyone else was very excited. Chris Peppler? Don't have a clue!
