Meiji Jingu & 携帯電話 finally!
Me & Cayley went to Meiji Jingu shrine in Harjuku today for lolz.
When we got there and were walking accross the bridge, we me 3 Japanese girls from a university in Tokyo. Their project for that day was to find someone who spoke English at the shrine, and guide them round. So there we go, our very own personal guided tour! We also got to see the ends of two weddings, whilst we were there. Interesting!
I have finally got a mobile phone too!
Its a contact one with a company called AU. I think its about 2800 yen a month, roughly (theres lots of offers and crazy apps on there), and the phone was free with this contract. Only downside is that when I cancel the contract come August, there will be a cancellation fee. But its about £50, so not bad considering free phone!
It took quite a long time though, sitting in the shop.. Anyway I think I did quite well for doing the whole thing in Japanese!
